Derrick reached deep into his Halloween bag, withdrew a Snickers and shoved it into his mouth. Next, Kyle grabbed a Three Musketeers and wolfed it down without hesitation. Then came Justin with a Hershey bar and Steven with a Butterfinger.
Sweat trickled from Derrick’s scalp as he anxiously reached into his bag for the thirteenth time and retrieved an Almond Joy. Immediately after biting into the chocolate, Derrick fell to the floor screaming, blood pouring from his damaged mouth. Kyle and Justin fought to hold him steady so Steven could remove the rusty razor blade embedded in Derrick’s soft palate.
