Long time since the last front-page update, eh? Sorry about that, kiddies. The old crypt has been plagued by computer problems in recent weeks. I swear, sometimes I don’t know whether to call a technician or an exorcist.

Troubles aside, I’ve been doing my best to keep up with all your marvelous submissions. We passed 600 stories a while ago, and frankly, I think we can hit 1000 by the time that 2008 is out. What do you say?

I’ve made a few minor improvements to the place, too. I’ve added yearly archives to the sidebar, to make it easier to catch up on stories you might have missed. You can find them all in one place with the newest at the top. Check out 2007! Naturally, a link for ‘08 will appear as soon as it becomes relevant.

I’ve also updated the FAQ and submission rules. Don’t panic; there are no changes of any significance, but I felt the need to clarify a few points.

And finally, the trophies are winging their ways to the story contest winners! Jay from LazrArt did beautiful work on them. I’ll get some photos up as soon as I can.
